”We stayed at this beautiful property in Capannori in June 2025 as a family of five — two adults and three children aged 10 to 14. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very functional for a family holiday.The children loved having their own room upstairs. ”We stayed a week in June and had wonderful time. The road to the house is very narrow and you need to be a good driver, but it got easier and easier every time we drove up to the house. Air condition in the house was exellent, and pool of course was the best with great view! Riccardo was very helpful and gave us good tips about restaurants, supermarkets etc. The house has very good location in Tuscany, and we did many good day trips to Lucca, Firenze, Cinque terre and of course to the beach. it...

”Awesome stay at Casa Dell Aqua : big space, beautiful view, nicely equipped kitchen and near a lot of nice cities. The last 10min of road are very narrow to get up the mountain but it's definitely worth the trip ! Very private, the hosts came for a few checks of the pool and gardening but we never even noticed them.Would totally recommend !”

”Our time in the villa was fantastic. The house is on the top of a hill with splendid view over the city of Camaiore which is only few min drive and close to supermarket and restaurants. The house is spacious and the outside facilities as well. . We were 6 and were able to find everyone small spots to relax and reflect while others were enjoying activities.
