”The grounds were gorgeous indeed! Home was very clean, but also outdated and missing amenities such as cable, Kleenex, etc. The master bedroom lets lots of light in at night, due to a skylight above the bed and no curtains. There are branches that scraped against the window all night long, which is not pleasant for light sleepers. With just some tweaks this place could be truly lovely as it has pretty flowers and gardens, is great for bird watching, and is very peaceful.”

”This property is not an entire home rental as listed in the description. The property manager lives in the basement. The rental is the entire upstairs of the home. You are able to hear the talking, showering as well as other loud noises when they are downstairs, especially when they come in at 1am and are load for an hour before going to bed. The property is a good location to downtown Weston, is an older home and could use a deep clean. I killed two brown recluse spiders while staying.”

This property had some functional concerns - the dishwasher did not work, the oven did not work properly (gave up making bacon after 45 min as it was still fairly raw) and the microwave was hit or miss. Sent host a message through app regarding dishwasher, but did not get a response. Host did send several other pre-recorded messages throughout our stay. ”The place was fine, but the cost for what you get doesn’t make sense. It’s smaller in person than the pictures make it seem, and it isn’t very homey feeling.
