”The house was listed as electric property which it could’ve been. However the pool area was disgusting. All the furniture was old. You couldn’t even sit on it. I never use that section. The kitchen was fine however, coffee makers didn’t work and the table would decide for children. I don’t know what they were thinking about that. They did have a lovely dining room area where I didn’t use that considering I was here by myself there weren’t enough towels in the master bedroom. I did find extra...

”We had a fantastic one-week stay at this property! The owners, Dean and Erin, were incredibly communicative and sent helpful text messages throughout our visit to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was exceptionally clean and fully stocked—from the kitchen to the laundry room to the outdoor patio and pool. The house provided very essential for cooking, washing, and relaxing. We especially loved the pool; having the heat included made for a perfect swimming experience. The...

Nice backyard, did not use the pool still a bit cold and we did not bbq because someone had put charcoal in before us and it’s propane. There were...

Sonesta ES Suites Phoenix Goodyear

10/10 Loistava

"The place was really nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good and changed a bit every morning. Room was very spacious and clean and had everything needed. Mine included a small kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Rooms were quiet and good insulation as you did not hear anything from neighbouring rooms. I was in the 3rd floor that had renovation on-going but couldn´t hear noise from that either and any time I ran into construction workers in the hallways, they let me go to the elevator first and were very polite. Hotel also had a laundry room to use free of charge and reception sold washing powder. Hotel has a gym and pool and hot tub outside. There was also really nice firepit area to sit next to in the evening. Hotel was in good location, too. There are shops, restaurants and grocery store (Target) within a walking distance with wide walking paths and safe crossings. I highly recommend this place if you stay multiple days and want to combine hotel service and home-like living. "
