”Our experience with the property was excellent from the time of booking to the time of checking out. I dont think I have ever experienced such a clean hotel and wonderful, helpful staff. I have no hesitation in reommending this hotel. There is also onsite secure parking but even without a car its a 1 minute walk to the bus route both to the city or Palmerston.”

”The room was nice and staff was friendly, but Wi-Fi didn't work at all.. They told me someone comes to fix the problem, but 5 days and nothing happened.. Luckily the staff let me use the Wi-Fi on reception.. The area is not so nice cuz there are a lot of homeless people around and sometimes I felt a little bit insecure..”

”Convenient to a lot of areas, you could walk to the grocery store. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy, the kitchenette was well stocked with pans, crockery and everything that was needed. Microwave, iron and ironing board. Enjoyed our stay. ”

”We had such a lovely stay, it was just such a shame we were delayed in our arrival and didnt get to enjoy a little longer. The apartment was neat clean and tidy, with beautiful modern furnishings. They have an exceptional outlook on on conserving energy for our environment. It was so refreshing to see. Encouragement of guests to conserve energy and tip's on how too. It was very educational for those who dont know how. Freat use of recycling bins as well. ”

”Elsey is very comfortable, and all is kept in great condition. The pool is nice, and I found I was always able to find time to myself there. I did find the aircon not quite up to the task though this didn't impact comfort too much and is likely an easy fix with a simple filter clean. There are shops and a small grocer across the road which was extremely helpful and their produce is top quality. I would go back again.”
