”The staff member at reception who checked us in (he was the team lead I believe ) was very well mannered and helpful throughout our entire stay and after leaving also posted my daughter’s jumper that was left behind.”

”Positives: great location, a couple of minutes from CBD by car, towards sunset, close to Mindil Beach market. Negatives: no soundproofing in the rooms, disappointing breakfast, slow service. ”

”What an amazing hotel. The staff were amazing an accommodating and let us check in early. Amazing views but you don’t expect any less from a Hilton”

”We arrived after picking my husband up from hospital He had a knee replacement We waited at reception while one male staff decided he would tell all the delights of Darwin. Other staff member was surley and took a long time to provide us with our room Room was clean but we found out at 2200 no towels or very little teabags Bath is unsafe for anyone to climb in. Breakfast was good yes everyone arrived at once and dining room was busy Food was good and staff were helpful.”
