”The Tea House was exactly what i needed…a peaceful, quiet retreat in nature.The nightly chorus of frogs was a highlight and the trails on the property brought breathtaking views.The host, David, was upbeat, friendly and communicative which made my trip even more enjoyable.There was no tv(perfect!) and no oven/stovetop which made cooking a fun challenge using the toaster oven and microwave. My one tip is to bring napkins and/or paper towel! I can’t WAIT to return!”

”I love this place — the sound of the birds and access to the trail make it so special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I always enjoy staying here.The trail was more overgrown than my last visit, so I didn’t walk as long as I had hoped. There was also quite a bit of noise from the upstairs unit at times, which disturbed my sleep — perhaps additional rugs or soundproofing could help.A microwave and hair dryer would also be helpful additions.Overall, I truly love this spot and would...

”Picturesque location as an escape from the traffic and noise. Eclectic and artsy lodging created by free spirits over time. Some might say quirky. Accommodation was not modern which provided extra charm. Comfortable for just me to get away, but close to beach and city and its offerings. Hosts responded quickly and provided great directions to off beaten path. I would stay here again when I have more time to hike and explore (nearby state park). Thanks so much.”

”What a lovely and quiet property with a beautiful view! The beds and pillows were quite comfortable and the living space and kitchen amenities were exactly what were needed for a weekend in Topanga!
The host was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly.
There is 1 parking space available on site and other parking is available close by.”
