”The hotel is quite nice as is the staff. But, the washroom for the sink faucet and bathroom tub / shower, both drains emitted a terrible septic odor. Something really needs to be done about this. Imagine other rooms have the same problem. Otherwise the hotel is in a great location, and all else was great.”

We were given a room that had no air conditioning and when I told them they said they knew there was no air but they didn't have any other rooms! They finally found another room for us and then rebooked the room we were originally in with someone else before they cleaned it! ”There are no glaring negatives to this property for us. The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large. The staff seemed easily distracted. When we checked in the staff seemed to be in need of a big cup of coffee. When we were trying to check out the man was on his cell phone. ”Thank goodness the room floors are hardwood because the carpet in the hallways was badly stained everywhere and not well maintained. The staff was nice/friendly but I would likely pay a bit more just to stay in a place that is much cleaner.”
