”Perfect located in the heart of Oatman, clean, well equiped, easy.”

”Pros: The home is in a great location. Easy to get to restaurants, the boardwalk, etc. House was clean. Semi-private backyard/pool. Hot tub was clean. Cons: The house came with 3 bath towels. 2 wash clothes. No coffee mugs!!!! Luckily we found 3 styrofoam coffee cups in a cupboard to use. Outdoor furniture was falling apart and ripped. ”

”Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.”

”The place is very cute with gorgeous views from the front yard especially. Close to everything. Kitchen and living was very open and large for our group of 9. Jeremy the host was always very quick to respond to any questions I had.”

Spent the evenings out back on the patio and in the fireplace area that was on higher ground and steps away. Loved the back yard layout and the pets really enjoyed exploring. ”the beds weren't the best. pots and pans could have been better.Would have liked to have had a coffee pot instead of a kerig. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty.Dishwasher didn't seem to work very well.We had to wash everything by hand. There was avocados and food left in the cabinet.”
