”We experienced great service from the desk, in particular the travel desk and their partners, and the ground floor cosy cafeteria. The only problem was that the toilette & bathroom was not at all separated from the main room !! It was really unpleasant. It is not the fault of the hotel that Joburg is not not considered safe for tourists to walk around. We got good help from the staff to live with this problem - transportation, reservations, even walking with us to nearby places to take care of...

Hotelli tarjosi ilmaisen kyydin kongressipaikalle ja takaisin, ja kuljetuspalvelusta voi tilata kohtuuhintaisen taksin minne vain, esim. lentokentälle. ”All good and perfect ”

”There's black mold all over the shower wall, in the kitchen above the cupboard as well, and a bit starting to grow on the ceiling above the bed. The lady working there was very friendly though. The place is quite outdated. I didn’t care about much I just wanted to shower and rest after a long flight but due to the black mold all over the bathroom I was too uncomfortable to shower.”

”We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!”

”First of all, the location isn't great: while Melville may not be dangerous, I did not feel very safe there. The flimsy door to my room did not help. There was a safe in my room but it was locked, and when I asked if I could use it I was told that it was not possible. The room itself wasn't very clean and there was not a nice odor to it. Breakfast wasn't very great and there were very few options. Staff was not very helpful, difficult at times to communicate with in English, and check in was...

”Our presidential suite was absolutely superb with a great view over the golf course. Everything in the room we could have wished for, plenty of space and huge dressing room. The staff in check in were friendly and informative. They presented my 4yo with a teddy and rose which made her day. We ate lunch, breakfast and dinner in Nova.
