”The property was private and relaxing. It was also close to Frankin and Highlands, so day trips were easy. Even though we only spent a few days at the ranch, we left very relaxed. We will definitely be back.”

”Check-in was easy and the house was very clean. If you like a location in a peaceful setting in the woods listening to a babbling brook, this is the perfect house for your stay. It is a short drive to the NOC but worth the serenity. Lots of porch area for family hangout, and places to hang boat gear for drying.”

”Great location. Perfect in every way! Very clean and well equipped. ”

”The check in was easy, the house was very clean. And everything worked as it should. Plenty of parking space and the gravel driveway was packed enough we have no problem with Harley kickstands but spot bikes may need to use a piece of wood or some of the stepping stones under the car port.”

”It was a very nice stay. Cabin was very clean and quite comfortable. Great for 2 couples. Close to Bryson City and no mountain road to get to cabin. Very easy access. Highly recommend ”

”The view was outstanding. The cleanliness was perfect. The facilities were great along withe amenities. Being up in the mountain, location could be a challenge, but the owner gave very precise directions.”

”Home was quite well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen including a milk frother. Bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable. My pup loved all the rooms to explore. It is very quiet where the house is and secluded. There are several decks to enjoy the views. There was a great firepit and gas grill. We would stay here again for sure. ”

”Everything was perfect for our group of 17 adults. The pool area was outstanding. we enjoyed the boat and the golf cart was a life saver. David met us on arrival and showed us around the house and property. plentyof supplies.”

”Enjoyed sitting peacefully on back deck overlooking the river. Near to Byson City and surrounding mountain towns. Even though it was a campground the atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. ”

”Place was super easy and in a great location. Everything we needed, and super clean. Despite being near other cabins and a road, inside us quiet and comfortable. Convenient location to the park and other areas.”

”Such a nice property! Relaxing, comfortable, and cute decor. We stayed here to be close by to ride the Smoky Mountain Railway and it was 5 minutes from here. The deck was my favorite thing. We were treated to some great music coming from a venue below in town, being it was a Friday night. Loved it! I hope to return and will be staying here. The host was wonderfully thoughtful and helpful.”
