Situated in the heart of Torquay, everything is just a short walk away. Only 400m to Fishermans beach and 900m to Gilbert street where you`ll find lots of coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy. The house is on a quiet street & has a lovely peaceful back garden (and BBQ) to relax in after a day at the beach. You`ll find everything you need at our well equipped holiday home, we are perfectly set up for families, friends or couples and when it comes to location we are in a great spot! Also please note we don`t accept schoolies!


The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, single bathroom, TV plus DVD player & HDMI input. BBQ, gas heater, gas hot water, Washer / dryer. Fully furnished.

All linen & towels are included

Please note that there is no WIFI at this property.

The home is heated with Gas fire and also heated and cooled with a split system.

Front and rear yard are pet proof. Please no pets inside.

This house is located on the residential side of Gilbert st. you can avoid the traffic madness of central Torquay in the height of summer and leave the car in the garage.

A pleasant walk through Taylor Park will bring you to the heart of Torquay with bakery, cafe`s, restaurants, or stop at the Bowls club in the park for a meal or a drink. Coles and Woolworths are located close to Gilbert St.

There is a gate between the drive way and the garage. Please keep the gate shut as our neighbour uses it to keep her friendly dog `Bobbie` in the yard. Please keep the drive way clear as it is shared.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
