”Hyvällä paikalla sijaitseva huone. Ei respaa, parkkipaikka hiukka hankalan matkan päässä, mutta erittäin luotettava. Ohjeista tuli liian monella viestillä, matkalla ei viestejä tule koko ajan luettua (sähköposti). Esim. ensin ohjeessa, että turistivero on jätettävä huoneeseen käteisellä lähtiessä, seuraavaksi oli tullut linkki sen maksamiseen ja lopulta siivooja pyysi minua maksamaan sen heti käteisellä. Sekavaa! Muutoin ihana huone, hyvä sänky, riittävästi säilytystilaa ja tosiaan erinomaisella...

”Stayed here for 11 nights. Very good location, with easy access to the metro and Molo Beverello ferry terminal. The room was clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was good, although it could have offered more protein options. I would happily stay here again.”

”The room was very clean and modern, and the location was excellent, just steps from the beach with several good restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that the room was very small, the air conditioning did not work properly so we couldn’t sleep well, and the front desk was unavailable after 5:00 PM.”

”Salotto Toledo was a very nice stay. It's not right on Via Toledo, so you get some peace and quiet. A little tricky figuring out the gate to enter the building, but apartment from that I had no issues. Would recommend staying here.”

”This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

”The name is confusing, because it is not a bed and breakfast, only a bed, no breakfast. We had some difficulties with the lock in our door, but the manager took care of that well enough. The location is a little distant, so lots of walking, but the bus tram/bus stop is near. Very messy outside, but so is all of Naples. The rooms were clean but the cleaner used too much scents.”
