TÀmÀ 5 tÀhden Mar Menor -golfkentÀllÀ sijaitseva upea huoneisto on vastikÀÀn julkaistu vuodelle 2016. Huoneistossa on 2 makuuhuonetta (sekÀ kahden hengen ettÀ Kingsize), 2 kylpyhuonetta, iso keittiö ja aamiaisbaari. Huoneistossa on tÀydellinen paikka perheille ja golfarille. Suuresta olohuoneesta on upeat nÀkymÀt, mikÀ johtaa laajalle terassille ulkona syömiseen tai vain rentoutumiseen ja nÀkymÀn ottamiseen. Air-Con ja lÀmmitys tarjoavat mukavuutta ympÀri vuoden, kun taas kaapeli-TV, Wi-Fi ja iPod-telakka tarjoavat lisÀviihdettÀ. TÀysin varusteltuihin keittiötiloihin kuuluvat astianpesukone, pesukone ja jÀÀkaappi / pakastin.

Gros problĂšmes Pas de vaisselle que pour 1 ou 2 personnes et pas pour 4 une seule poĂȘle un seul plat pirex qui rentre dans le micro onde que 2 verres Ă  champagne trĂšs peu de verres Ă  pied , trĂšs peu de couverts aussi je dois faire marcher le lave vaisselle tous les jours quand on est 2 . Pas de transats et meubles de jardin inconfortables et durs sans coussins. Sinon l appartement est super avec vue imprenable sur le trou numĂ©ro 15 car je suis une passionnĂ©e de golf aussi idĂ©al pour moi . ProblĂšme de tĂ©lĂ©vision française que J avais demandĂ© avec supplĂ©ment Dans une toilette pas de placard et balai pour WC Chambres pas de chaises J espĂšre que vous allez y remĂ©dier

Relaxed family break

We had a fantastic week in Mar Menor. The resort was quite immaculate. Kevin organised our use of his apartment at short notice and we were delighted with it. We had a 3 year old and a 3 month old with us. We were given contact details for a local company who we rented a travel cot from. All very easy!

Perfect for the golfers

Was the perfect location for golfing located 2 min walk to the driving range and 5 mins from first tee. We had a car which was essential as the spar and the strip would have been a fair trek, there were some great bars and restaurants on the strip and highly recommend Tasty Bites. The apartment was perfect for our needs although the lift was not working so had to carry golf clubs and cases up to the second floor. We had lots of information from the owner prior to the trip which was really helpful and the keyholder was very welcoming and helpful also.

Golf trip

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, although we didn’t cook . Great location in relation to hotel and bars and a fabulous view overlooking the golf course and swimming pool. Really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Spacious with good A/C. Furniture needs replacing to add that slightly more comfortable feel. Nice location on a good site with plenty of amenities. Owner of the apartment is very helpful and thorough in providing you helpful information about the site and the surrounding area. Would recommend to a friend and family member.

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s apartment, no complaints. The apartment was very nice and spacious and a great location on the resort. Especially for my husband’s early morning trips to the driving range and golf course. Nice that it overlooks the pool also, my girls loved it! Definitely recommend

Location and facilities are brilliant great for family and couples Kevin apartment is ok needs some new furniture as the sofa is in very bad condition the flat needs more homely touches it’s fine for a few days but long stay needs more stuff in kitchen for a family to stay had a nice holiday but was disappointed in the flat as I have stayed on the resort a few times and the other places I stayed in have been far better than this flat would not stay there again

Bon séjour malgré la météo et un appartement décevant eu égard au tarif pratiqué

Mauvaise surprise : nous avons dĂ©couvert quelques jours avant le dĂ©but de notre sĂ©jour que le golf de Mar Menor ne venait de rouvrir que 9 trous sur 18, les Green des 9 trous du retour Ă©tant complĂštement Ă  refaire. Il nous semble qu’il Ă©tait malhonnĂȘte de ne pas en prĂ©venir les futurs locataires, qu’ils soient des fĂ©rus de golf comme nous ou non. Nous avions par ailleurs demandĂ© au propriĂ©taire s’il y avait un court de tennis sur le Resort. Il nous avait rĂ©pondu positivement alors que pas du tout! Concernant l’appartement, notons la bonne qualitĂ© de la literie et un contact sympathique avec les property managers. Beaucoup de points nĂ©gatifs Ă  souligner : volets cassĂ©s dans une chambre ; pas d’accĂšs internet les 2 premiers jours, la rĂ©paration intervenant le 3e jour ; un canapĂ© d’une autre Ă©poque cachĂ© par un drap cache-misĂšre : le revĂȘtement de ce vieux canapĂ© partait en miettes ! MĂȘme pas un aspirateur dans l’appartement pour ramasser 2 fois par jour ces miettes rouges peu ragoĂ»tantes. D’ailleurs l’équipement de l’appartement Ă©tait minimaliste : pas de sĂšche-linge mais un sĂ©choir rouillĂ© et des Ă©pingles Ă  linge pourries ; pas de cafetiĂšre sinon une de taille ridicule ; un minimum de vaisselle et de couverts ; une seule clĂ© de porte d’entrĂ©e ; une hotte aspirante HS ; aucun tapis pour s’essuyer les pieds dans l’entrĂ©e. Nous avons quand mĂȘme passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour car nous avons pu pratiquer le golf sur les autres parcours de la rĂ©gion, Ă  une demi-heure de route en moyenne.

Perfekter Aufenthalt!

Alles wie beschrieben, sehr detaillierte Informationen im Vorfeld, Anreise flexibel und unkompliziert, Vicky hat das super gemacht. Sehr entspannte Zeit mit tollem Ausblick und sichere Umgebung (in Spanien nicht selbstverstĂ€ndlich), Parken ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem (ohne Auto allerdings wird es schwierig). Bei meiner Rundreise mit sie beste Unterkunft und definitiv die beste Ferienwohnung in 5 Wochen.

Mala limpieza, ojo hay que pagarla fuera de la pagina

Muy mal. Hemos estado cada año en el resort y este ha sido con diferencia el peor. Sin ventiladores de techo, depender de un aire acondicionado por la noche es horrible. Nos obligaron a pagar la limpieza fuera de la pågina, cosa que hicimos para que no nos anularan la reserva con todo contratado. Tener que llevar una llave siempre sin contar con un cajerin en la puerta para poder guardarla. Cuidado al contratar otra estancia otro inquilino. Todo lleno de polvo y los sillones con el cuero cayendo. Solo 1 rollo de papel higiénico para cada baño, sin detergente para lavadora, ni lavavajillas, que no se pide un bote entero, pero al menos una puesta por cortesía. A evitar otro año.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely spacious apartment, with glorious south facing views over the pool and the golf course. Good location, very near the hotel and it’s facilities. We had a lovely relaxing holiday here and would definitely stay in the apartment again. Kevin was very helpful from start to finish and his property manager was also very good whilst we were there if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this for any family or couple looking for a relaxing getaway in the sunshine!

Lovely Stay

The property itself is in a great spot on the resort. It’s on the second floor and has lovely views of the course and lake. The orientation of the property is such that there is evening sun on the balcony, which is also spacious. The decor inside the property is simple, but the sofa and beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. The check in and check-out process was straightforward and the local representatives were good. Communication before and afterwards was very good. In terms of the resort itself we really liked it. It really is the best of both worlds as you have the hotel on the resort with evening entertainment, plus there is the boulevard with a great mix of restaurants. And then there are adequate facilities in the apartment to dine in. There is a spar on site that was very handy and not ridiculously expensive, but I would recommend heading into Los Alcázares to do a bigger shop where there is Lidl, Aldi and Consum. I did fancy a game of golf, but the golf course appears to be run as a seperate business and there wasn’t any discount for residents. The price of a round, for an amateur like me was a lot. Overall we had a lovely time and are considering returning again next year.

Summer holiday

A lovely apartment with great views of golf course and pool. Clean and well maintained. Good size terrace and usually loungers available by pool. Mornings were quiet but even in afternoon never felt busy. Enjoyed visiting Murcia and Cartagena. Good contact from owner and good communication with meet and greet. Was a relaxing holiday.

A great holiday getaway destination in South of Spain

We were not sure of what to expect when we booked Kevin’s property but it turned out to be a fabulous place to stay. The apartment is large, beautifully decorated and has a great air-conditioner as well. The bed was comfy and the cool tiled floor nice to pad around on after a hot day sightseeing. The resort style pool is very close by, and as we were not there in the peak season, we had the whole pool to ourselves a couple of times. Kevin provided excellent emailed documentation on the apartment, the resort and the region which made our stay much better organised. The ancient Roman city of Cartagena is a 20 minute drive from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a SPAR supermarket within walking distance as well. A highly recommended location if you are looking for a relaxing break.

Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment, good location for the pool. Booking was well managed by Kevin and the meet and greet was seamless at the resort. I would recommend.

Lovely spacious apartment

Very spacious apartment with a good family-friendly layout. The large balcony was great, with lovely views of the golf course and swimming pool. Swimming pool was excellent and very close, decent size and always sunbeds/umbrellas available. The overall resort was good, could perhaps benefit from a few more restaurants but plenty close by. Apartment manager/agent was very responsive to any queries and teething problems
