I even missed my flight on way out to Menorca so ended up getting a later one which meant I arrived like 6 hours after check in time. So I contacted the property via phone. My Spanish wasn’t great so I didn’t get far but the property’s agent/owner (Sandra) was great she called me back, emailed me and whatsapped me the details to check in out of hours.

”This is a true oasis. Beautifully renovated and decorated throughout, in the midst of the city, yet tucked in old city villas.
The pool area is gorgeous, especially in the second palazzo - with the cathedral towering above you.

”Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa.
El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno.
La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido.
Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking.

”We stayed for Christmas in this romantic, small b&b style hotel on the old town. The host Diego was friendly and helped us with our plans. Although it was a bit cold weather, the room was really warm due the floor heating and working a/c. The breakfast was great, with hand-picked and served by Diego, italian who is passionate about the food.

”Perfect accommodation with fantastic location, all the services and shops within few minutes, while still being quiet and ensuring good sleep.
The downside was the service. We did not got the sign-in code before arrival, I needed to call to the customer service. Also, the keycard suddenly stopped working and again, I needed to call the customer service. Luckily, the cleaner was on site to let us in - what if that would have been night time?

The staff were all really friendly and attentive, even greeting us on arrival with ice creams and a fan.
We stayed in the suite which I would highly recommend. It was spotless, had plenty of storage, fantastic air-con, and a beautiful outside space.
