Staff were helpful and courteous. If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely consider staying here and enjoying more of the property. ”

”The ocean view was nice. I didn't realize that there's no beach there. The water comes up to the rocks that are against the foundation. The neighborhood is mixed, with a beautiful property on one side and an abandoned house on the other. The room itself was painted white with no decorations or pictures on the wall.”

”Very good customer service, helpful and always available to help. Room is comfortable but I do want to say they need to keep the hot water on. I arrived late at night and took a shower, and it was killer cold the water. Not use to that. I always use this hotel when I travel thru San Juan and that is the only downside to the stay. ”
