AT049 Els Pins II: Apartment located in one of the best areas of Torredembarra beach: 'Els Pins' ; a residential complex facing the sea with a beautiful communal area with 2 swimming pools (one large and one more for children) open from mid-June to mid-September, with pine trees (which gives the name to the residential complex) that provides a very pleasant shade in the summer months, and a door direct exit to the promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. The apartment has 3 floors and has ducted air conditioning in all rooms. On the main floor there is the living room with access to a terrace with frontal views of the sea behind the pine trees, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Going down a spiral staircase we find the ground floor which has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third floor which is a large solarium terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase from the living room. The rental price also includes a private parking space. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
