Welcome to Los Alamos and this lovely apartment located in Urb Alamar just under 200m from the mile long beach of Torremolinos and the Mediterranean

The area around the apartment is quiet with proximity to Plaza Major and McArthurGlen Designer Outlet and less than 5 minutes from Malag Airport. And just a couple of minutes walk to Los Alamos train station which takes you quickly to Malaga Airport, Malaga City, Torremolins, Fuengirola and Benalmadena.



The Space:

When you step in through the door, you are greeted by a completely new apartment with an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with Dishwasher, large fridge freezer, stove and oven, Micro, Coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster and much more. Here you also have a breakfast bar. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa bed and a large smart TV. Further out on the balcony you have a dining area with afternoon sun.

The bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed and its own cozy balcony with chairs.

The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, private parking, communal pool, dishwasher and washing machine, WIFI, Smart-Tv and much more.

The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Nearby you also have grocery stores, restaurants, beach hangouts and much more.

In the building there is also a communal pool.

There is also private parking in the garage.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
