This completely-secluded, recently-built villa is ideal for a family getaway, as it can accommodate up to 14 people thanks to the five bedrooms provided. The quietness of the environment allows the whole family to enjoy their holidays in the most relaxing way possible. Moreover, the closeness to the Natural Park of Sierra Mágina ensures nature lovers will find their heaven on earth here, thanks to the variety of flora and wildlife welcomed in the park.

The two-storey holiday villa welcomes five spacious bedrooms. Two of them rely on a double bed each, whereas other two are furnished with two single beds each. The last and newest bedroom has four 90-cm single beds, along with an en-suite with shower. The villa is also provided with two more bathrooms with a bathtub each. On the ground floor, you’ll find a 40-sq-mt dining-living room, with comfortable sofas facing a massive fireplace, and another lounge area to watch TV. The fully-equipped independent kitchen completes the facilities of the indoor of the house. The villa is heated up thanks to wall radiators located throughout the villa (living area, bedrooms and bathrooms), which warm the ambience up.

The outdoor area is simply astonishing. As the villa lies in a 10.000-sq-mt plot, where fruit trees are cultivated, you’ll be able to enjoy the quietness it’s provided with. Make good use of the wide covered terrace, where an outdoor dining area with comfortable armchair is located. The private pool area and the garden are to be found after going down a few steps. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, and it’s protected by a high fence and lush trees. Think about having a drink under their branches and you won’t regret it! To top it all, the provided barbeque will allow you to prepare mouth-watering meals.
