In Torrevieja, the holiday apartment Duquesa Beach is conveniently located close to the beach. The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), two 55-inch Smart TVs (in both the master bedroom and the living room), air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

Your private outdoor area includes a private roof terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a children's pool and an outdoor shower.

A parking space is available on the property.

Barry is a great host and very helpful especially letting us know about the tapas restaurant around the corner! Very clean and quiet in the center of the activity so it was very nice to have his apartment to come back to relax and enjoy some cava on the terrace

We have rented loads of apartment over the years and found this one a home from home we could not have asked for more and will definitely book it again

Pros: I stayed in the apartment in April and found it was of a very high standard and very well equipped, especially the huge TVs in main bedroom & lounge with all the UK channels were a great asset to the property!... The location was perfect just next to the beach, where you can really relax and chill but with and a host of restaurants lining seafront and several beach bars yet only 20 minute walk along the seafront to the centre of town I will be definitely be booking for next year

Pros: Had a lovely time in the apartment it was fab and said exactly what it does on the tin!...The sun terrace was a real sun trap and very secluded so could trip strip down and get a great tan. The location was great just next to the beach. The Tropic 222 opposite is great for a cocktail or an ice cold beer.. I would definitely recommend the apartment..

Pros: Had a very nice stay in this apartment everything you need is on your doorstep the small complex opposite was really handy with every you need you can get a beer cocktail meal ice cream pallor even flamenco dancing in the costa Azul restaurant where you can sample all the authentic Spanish dishes. I found the beds comfy in house entertainment was a bonus and been self-employed its very important I keep in contact with my clients so having good WIFI signal is a must.

We went to Le Zenia all the time to eat and entertainment. La Mata has a lovely beach a short bus trip away . Would I return ? No too quiet but perfect if you just want sun, beach and total relaxation.

Pros: I have just come back from a fab holiday the apartment was in a great location next to beach with lots of reasonable price restaurants lining the sea front Torre centre is a 10 min stroll along the seafront but did not need to go there as there where lots places to eat and drink in the locality. The apartment was very well equipped the TV was an added boniness with all the UK channels and Netflix in the bedroom and sitting room which made me not feel like going out in the evening as there was lot of inhouse entertainment would definitely recommend this apartment if you wont to be next to the beach with all your home comforts at hand John and Samantha

Pros: I just spent a fortnight in this lovely apartment situated in the Los Locos Beach area of Torrevieja, me and my husband had a wonderful time. The apartment was very well equipped, kitchen had all necessary utensils to cook. We were quite impressed with the bathroom nicely tiled and spotless. Two nice-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes. There were 2 huge TVs in the flat, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. It features all the English channels (Especially pleased having ITV2 to keep up with Love Island). We enjoyed the balcony to have all our meals and the roof terrace was a bonus to soak up the sunshine all day and get a wonderful tan!... I would highly recommend this little gem..
