”Really unique place to stay. Like a tent but huge inside, and with a wood panelled floor, and electricity, and comfort. Problem for me is it was a really windy night which was loud and made the dome covering shake and flap against the dome’s frame. Definitely not the fault of the owners. Given the size of the dome there is room for a king sized bed, and for the price I would expect a bigger bed. Plenty of seating in the living room to watch TV or one of the DVDs available! Plenty of books for reading and puzzles if you want to stay in rather than go to Capitol Reef. ”We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. ”Linda and Martin spared no effort in creating an amazing "home away from home." The thought and care they put into their VRBO is apparent when you walk through the door. Everything was curated--& I use that word to convey the care that went into every detail of their amazing VRBO--from the bright natural light in the space to the quality of everything in it. ”We stayed with a youth group (total 18 people) at the I rustic, but cozy location. I don't love the strange little town called Koosharem, but this place was a good fit for how large our group was and our budget restraints. If it was in the budget, I would have stayed in a cabin by the lake--but I would rather this place with a kitchen and beds than tents near the lake. We hiked Capitol Reef and fished Fish Lake. It was nice to cook some nights on the grill/fire and some nights in the kitchen....
