”Pots and pans were disgusting. The cleaning person must not check any dishes before she leaves.No pot holders, cheap plastic sheets, the stove and oven need replaced. ”Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...

”This property, although spacious, is not really up to modern standards. We checked in several hours after the check in time and found the property was still being cleaned. While I appreciate things can come up, lack of any heads-up from the host was disappointing. The trash bins outside were full from previous guests. One of the units had no silverware or adequate pots/pans. Some of the window blinds were falling off, and there were some other damages which were aesthetically really unappealing....

”There was an odor in the house (probably dead rodent) that was very noticeable. When I messaged the host about it he said that “someone from his team “Would come check it out but no one came. I messaged him again the next day as well”
