Mas La Pletera – Villa in a natural park by the seaside

Surrounded by nature and close to the sea, the Mas La Pletera is the ideal homestead to spend quality time with friends and family amidst exceptional scenery on the Costa Brava. Facing the Medes islands, this old XIXth century farm with 20 hectares of lands was entirely refurbished in 2022, to become a welcoming family vacation home. Enjoy unique holidays in the middle of a natural park, with the beach only a few minute walk away, through the reserve.

The main house is equipped with a wide open-space living area, made of a living room, dining room, and an American kitchen opening onto the outdoors. Five air conditioned rooms, including a children dormitory, allow there to be accommodation for up to 14 people. Additionally, a working space and a terrace with sea-view are accessible on the first floor.

A playroom is accessible in the connected building.
As for the outside, this home lost in the fields presents a landscaped garden as well as a natural bio swimming pool (12m). Several living areas have been set up so as to enjoy the scenery, the shade and the sun.

A daily cleaning service is included (2h) and a gardener will occasionally come take care of the pool and the garden.

At the Mas de la Pletera you will find peace and quiet all the while being near all the commodities you might need. The Estartit village, it’s port and diving centers are only a few minutes away by car, and only fifteen minutes by bike. Torroella de Montgri, it’s historical center and small shops are also only a ten minute drive away.

For those passionate about Watersports, the Eolis Kite Club is only a few minutes away, located right on the Pletera beach. The club offers kitesurfing lessons as well as activities.

For those passionate about horse riding, the Hipica Paguina is also only a few minutes away and offers horse riding lessons, as well as beautiful rides through the natural park.

Moreover the historical villages of the Costa Brava (Pals, Begur, Peratallada, Pubol…) are less than 25min away by car and for those who wish to golf, the Pitch&Putt Gualta is only 9km away, the Emporda Golf course 11km away, and Pals’ Golf 18km.
