Villa Torroella is a spacious and welcoming home near the Costa Brava, set within more than 38,000 square metres of private land. With the nearest neighbouring house over half a kilometre away, it offers a peaceful setting for up to 12 guests (10 adults and 2 children), making it a great choice for families or groups looking for space, comfort and privacy.
The villa has six bedrooms and four bathrooms across 855 square metres of interior space. Several lounge areas and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to relax and spend time together. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and look out over the surrounding countryside. The layout offers a good balance of sociable spaces and quiet corners.
Outside, guests can enjoy lawns, fruit trees, a swimming pool and covered terraces. There is plenty of room for outdoor dining, games or simply relaxing with a book.
While the house feels private and peaceful, it is just a 10 minute drive from the beach and within easy reach of cycling routes, golf courses and local restaurants. It works well as a base for exploring the Empordà region at your own pace.

Villa Torroella sits in the countryside just outside the town of Torroella de Montgrí, in Catalonia’s scenic Baix Empordà region. Its position offers both privacy and convenience, with the Costa Brava coastline less than ten minutes away by car. The nearby beaches are some of the region’s most appealing, with soft sand and calm waters perfect for families.
The surrounding area is known for its cycling routes, golf courses and local gastronomy. Guests can explore charming medieval villages like Pals and Peratallada, visit local markets, or enjoy long walks through nature reserves such as Montgrí Massif. The town centre of Torroella de Montgrí is just a short drive away and offers shops, cafés and cultural sites including a castle and a contemporary art museum.
Girona airport is under an hour away, while Barcelona can be reached in around 90 minutes, making the villa easy to access for both short breaks and longer stays.
