Entendemos que no todos nuestros clientes tienen los mismos deseos y necesidades, pero no podemos estar de acuerdo con el comentario. De nuevo, tal como se puede leer en la web de hoteles.com, los privilegios Silver los ofrecen, y cito literalmente, "los alojamientos con VIP Access. Solo tienes que fijarte en que tengan este símbolo: ." Si se fija bien, nuestro hotel no lo tiene. Aun así, nuestros clientes sí que disponen como cortesía, en la recepción, de agua y agua saborizada, durante todo el día y de manera totalmente gratuita. Además, en las habitaciones disponen de agua y café, también gratis, así como el uso de la caja fuerte. En cuanto a la tipología de habitación y, tras revisar su reserva, usted eligió una Habitación Premium Doble con Balcón, que fue la que se le asignó. No hubo ningún error en este caso. Al no tener disponibilidad de habitaciones con vistas al mar, se le ofreció una Vista mar Parcial, por la que, obviamente, se realizó un cargo extra con la diferencia de tarifa (en este caso, 40). De nuevo, lamentamos no haber estado a la altura de sus expectativas, pero si cambia de opinión estaremos encantados de tener la oportunidad de volverle a saludar en un futuro y ofrecerle la experiencia que nos esforzamos en hacer llegar a todos nuestros huéspedes. Cher José, Nous sommes très sincèrement désolés de lire que votre expérience n'ait pas été la hauteur de vos attentes, mais il n'est pas vrai que vous auriez réservé une chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer. Vous avez réservé une chambre avec balcon (sans aucune sorte de vue sur la mer, vous pouvez le vérifier dans votre confirmation de réservation). Comme expliqué à la réception, toutes les chambres de l'hôtel sont Premium (pour les services qu'elles proposent gratuitement). Le passage à une catégorie supérieure, évidemment, suppose toujours un surcoût. Dans la chambre, en plus de l'eau du minibar (d'ailleurs gratuite), il y a aussi une machine à café Nespresso, également gratuite. L'eau et le café sont réapprovisionnés chaque jour. De plus, pendant la journée, vous pouvez remplir la bouteille d'eau gratuitement autant de fois que vous le souhaitez. De toute façon, nous espérons, un jour, pouvoir vous accueillir de nouveau au Golden Mar Menuda afin de pouvoir vous faire changer d'avis. Sincères salutations!
