”We were in Rochester for a wedding & found the Oakfield Hotel perfect for our needs. The hotel was nearly empty but the uncarpeted hallway carries sound, so it might not be quiet when many rooms are occupied. It does not have breakfast but has coffee, fruit & snacks available 24 hours.”

”STAFF PREVENT ME TO ENTER THE ROOM BEFORE 3 PM WHILE NO ROOM WAS OCCUPIED. WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE, THEY STOP THE BREAKFAST. EVEN THE COFFAE AND TEA, THERE WAS A SHORTAGE AT THE COFFAE ROOM.”

”First off the lobby smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious, and there was on-site parking. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. There was a gentleman that worked the bar & café area in the evening; He was exceptionally nice and accommodating, one of the best parts of our visit.”

”We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”

”The room's floor was very creaky and noisy. The bedside tables needed cleaned, and the sheets/duvet for the bed was gross. The faucet in the bathroom was not properly attached and moved around when you turned on either faucet. Water pressure was quite low from the sink's faucet. The microwave was peeling on the inside and rusty. At least the air conditioner worked.”

”Always a good time when staying here! The tvs are huge, bed was surprisingly comfortable, the shower pressure was awesome and the staff was super friendly and helpful! They are so convenient where their located and even though it looks old and rough on the outside, don't judge a book by its cover!”

”This is our second stay here and we loved it both times! We decided to go for the level up in rooms this time and it was totally worth it for the bathtub, kitchen, and living room area. It was so nice that we decided to change our evening plans one of the days we were in town to just lay around and enjoy the room. We will be coming back!”

”Have a desk clerk to require arty of 8 adults and numerous preteens from being so noisy that we could not have a conversation with our granddaughter ( their allergies were so bad that going outside did not help. The hotel would have been better if the toilets were higher and meant for seniors and adults. The staff the first two days and nights were exceptional.they were professional, helpful and very friendly. It is a shame that the third evening ruined the main reason for our trip.”
