Asunnot – Totland Bay

”This was my first time at Tapnell Farm and I loved it. The morning views are amazing. The whole area is really well designed to allow a real sense of space everywhere. We booked into the Slomo sauna/lake/ice bath experience and it was excellent. Organisation from start to finish was clear, easy and friendly”

”Lovely peaceful location just around the corner from the beach. Small shop, cafes and bar near by, we’d recommend a visit to the ice cream parlour - lots of flavours with vegan and doggy options. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was seamless and the host responded quickly to all communications. Only downside was no enclosed outside space for our dogs”

”Loved the location, by walks and the sea. The living space and bathroom areas are fabulous and large. Everything you could need in the kitchen, the drier was a bonus after using the hot tub (lush), we could dry our towels. Would stay again definitely. Hanging in bedroom was a bit wobbly, could do with fixing. A couple more hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would be useful. These are very minor though and did not affect our holiday at all.”

”A great stay, the property was perfect for us in every way and location was excellent. Hope to be back one day.”

”Walkable for us to many attractions although it would have been nice if some tourist information was included by the host. This could be provided from the Tourist Info booths. The room was not clean enough, much room for improvement there. Broken ornaments, sticky floor, torn material and squeaky stools. Appliances not cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too heavy. Carpet in the hallways leading to the room was very dirty. The dryer was grinding like crazy...

”The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is stylishly furnished and extremely centrally located. The secure parking, in such a central location as a real plus. It is literally moments on foot from the quay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.”

”Do not book this modern apartment, we booked a three night stay and went home on the 2nd day as the apartment was filthy. We didn’t get there till late, my husband got in the shower and as the water hit the tiles dirt and debris fell onto the tray as the drain was blocked he ended up in dirty water. The net curtains were torn, getting into bed the sheets were stained and black hair was on the bed. Luckily we had a spare sheet in the car and put that on the bed to sleep on. On inspection of the...

”The apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything you would need provided. The location was fantastic with a supermarket opposite and on the doorstep of the town centre and the quayside. The bed was very comfortable and the communication from the hosts was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again. ”

”Good host ideal location for us as we were visiting family living nearby. Great cafe opposite for breakfast a bit pricey but great food & choice. Short walk to pub/places to drink. Would recommend”

”A very well located and equipped apartment. Only a short walk to the quay and old town and restaurants. Also there are shops only a few steps away where groceries and other supplies are available. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable.”
