”What an amazing stay and such a relaxing location and Ron & Margaret were a breath of fresh air on our UK trip and we loved the Devon sense of humour!Thank you for the lovely cream tea and fresh eggs and the excellent clean accommodation.Lovely to have the Golden Retrievers around too and the Ram ...who has now gone elsewhere and will soon be in with eight sheep, doing what a Ram does best!!We hope to stay again on a future trip!”

”Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week”

”AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. ”Stayed here for 4 nights. The house was well equipped and very clean. Communication with host was great. A lovely gesture by the host leaving a bottle of prosecco and box of fudge. Very close to the beachfront, which was great as parents are almost 90 years old. Didn't realise the caravan park was directly in front which was our main view, small view of the sea could be seen from balcony. Lovely coastal walks without taking the car.One downside of the area was the road in and out , it was so...

”Amazing view, fantastic location, beutiful period property, easily accessible, Tesco express is nearby, as well as many restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean with well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. We even had milk in the fridge on arrival! And Alexa for kids. On the downside, really minor points, the windows outside were not clean and unattractive bleach stain on armchair. ”
