Whether you want to unwind or socialize with loved ones, this professionally designed, family-friendly lake house has all you need for a laidback and convenient stay on the Central Coast. Spread over three levels, guests can kick back in the snooker room, cool down with a dip in the pool, or simply soak up the peaceful waterfront views from the balcony furnished with an outdoor lounge and eight-seater dining.

On the lower level, a spacious, open-plan dining and lounge area includes a large comfy sofa. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials to prepare your meals at home, or you can grab some tongs and be like our prior guests who cooked up a Tomahawk on the outdoor BBQ.

Should you wish to eat alfresco, head out to the balcony to make use of the outdoor table setting and comfy sofas whilst you take in sweeping views overlooking the in-ground pool and picturesque lake. Below the balcony, a private, paved patio area complete with BBQ and seating offers an additional spot to enjoy meals outdoors, while an adjacent games and cinema room is equipped with everything your kids could want.

Five bedrooms accommodate 12 guests, with one queen bedroom located downstairs, three bedrooms on the upper floor, plus the master bedroom with its own private balcony and en-suite. The master and second upstairs bedroom offer queen sized-beds, while the fourth and fifth are great for those traveling with kids, with two singles in one room and a combination bunk in the other. There is also a sofa bed tucked away in the games room which can be set up upon request.

The master bedroom en-suite and downstairs bathroom feature a walk-in shower and spacious vanity, while the main upstairs bathroom offers a ceramic bathtub where guests can end the day with relaxing soak.

Other conveniences include kayaks, fishing rods, Wi-Fi, split system air conditioning throughout the house, family board games, a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, plus, a secure car space parking and plenty of street parking.

We provide everything for you just bring your swimmers and come make some new memories with your loved ones.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourself, plus access to a private boat slip and jetty. Please make yourself at home!
