Welcome to our villa in Deauville, a haven of tranquility combining elegance and comfort. Enjoy a breathtaking sea view, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or challenge your friends to a tennis match. Ideally located near the city center, this property strikes the perfect balance between privacy and accessibility. With five bedrooms—four featuring king-size beds—each with its own en-suite bathroom, our villa ensures a stay where relaxation and sophistication come together for an unforgettable vacation.

The Accommodation
The Villa Pier'Art offers a living space of approximately 180 m².

The living room is equipped with a large-screen TV, an arcade machine with over 4,000 games, a Nintendo Switch console, and a selection of board games and books. The bar is fully stocked with long-drink and short-drink glasses, champagne flutes, digestif glasses, snack bowls, and a champagne bucket. A few bottles will be waiting to welcome you for an aperitif or more… We kindly ask that you replace them when they are empty.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for food lovers, featuring an oven, microwave, induction cooktop with integrated hood, two dishwashers, a Thermomix, a Staub cocotte, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, and filter coffee machines, a toaster, a kettle, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room seats up to 10 guests and includes a complete set of tableware and accessories (water and wine glasses, decanter, plates, soup bowls, dessert plates, salad bowls, serving dishes, bowls, egg cups, and cups of various sizes).
The villa has five en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom or shower room. Every suite has its unique identity and has been tastefully decorated:

The "Black" room, located on the ground floor, features a king-size bed and a private shower room.
The "Green" room has a king-size bed, a desk area with a sea view, and its own shower room.
The "Marine" room includes a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower room.
The "Pink" room is furnished with a king-size bed and a private bathroom.
The "Children’s" room contains two single beds, which can be combined to form a king-size bed, and has its own bathroom.
For added convenience, the villa has toilets on every floor, as well as a laundry room equipped with two washing machines, two dryers, a sink, an iron, and an ironing board. For your safety, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher upstairs and several smoke detectors (please refrain from smoking inside the house).

Outdoor Space
The 6,000 m² sloping garden surrounds the villa and features a pool with lounge chairs. The southwest-facing terrace in front of the house is private and offers a large table for up to 10 guests and a Weber barbecue.

The pool is equipped with an electric safety cover, which must be closed when not in use. The supervision of children and non-swimmers remains the responsibility of the tenants. The pool is heated from April 1st to October 31st at 28°C.

Booking Information
For weekend stays, we require a minimum booking of two nights.

Cleaning Fee & Included Services
The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of the entire 180 m² villa, including all five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and the terrace, ensuring everything is spotless for your arrival. Additionally, we provide:

Bed linens
Bathroom towels (50x100 cm & 70x140 cm)
Pool towels
Kitchen apron & dish towels
We also supply shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, and fabric softener, all from the eco-friendly and vegan brand What Matters.
