Charming House with a Swimming Pool

Charming red brick house on the Normandy coast, 10km from Yport and 5km from Fécamp. 20 minutes from Étretat. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Normandy countryside just a short drive from the most beautiful tourist spots! (Cap Fagnet de Fécamp, Yport beach, Antifer valley, Etretat cliffs...). The house is family-friendly (our boys happily lend their Legos). And after lovely walks, enjoy the heated pool and BBQ, or the wood-burning stove depending on the season! The accommodation: Family house with a 1000m² garden with a heated pool (in season, available from June to September, heated to 26°C) and a trampoline for children. On the first floor, enter through a small veranda into the fully equipped kitchen, which features a vintage gas stove. To the left is the living room with TV, Wi-Fi (3G box), and a music corner. as well as the dining room, which can seat 8 to 10 guests. In winter, light a fire in the wood-burning stove. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is accessible from the dining room. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 blue children's room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed (maximum 4 people), 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed (2 people), and 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 people). All 3 bedrooms offer views of the pool and the countryside. At the back: a bathroom with a bathtub. A through room serving the bedrooms completes the upper floor, with a sofa bed available as an extra if needed. In total, the house is ideal for 6-8 travelers, maximum 10. Other remarks: The house has a waste composter (on the left side of the house when facing it). The municipal garbage collection service comes regularly: the days and times are posted on the fridge, please respect them!
