”The customer service was awful. There were no keys and you had to call someone to open your room or tell the front desk every time you needed to get in your room. When asked to speak with management and so forth- no one was available. Would not stay at this location ever again. My mother also was there who is a older lady and for her to be inconvenienced, especially from driving 8 hours from home was very frustrating also.”

”The place is not safe because the staff is not there and cannot even be reached by phone 24/7. In addition, they take customers in the evening without seeing them. In the evening and at night, they were rioting, breaking the ball equipment and knocking over our rental car. Either the surveillance cameras are not in use or the manager is not interested in finding out about things. Pity for the place. Never going there again if the same manager. ”

”Room needed desperatly renonovering, things were very worn out, the room smelled molten. Bathroom looked like very filthy because discolouring of tiles. Ac was noisy. Naturally there where roaches. It was the worst looking hotel room i have ever been. Good things: location, sheets were clean”

”Huone oli mukava ja todella siisti. Vedenpaine on huono ja suihkussa joutuu viettämään aikaa peseytyäkseen. Toinen hisseistä meni rikki vierailun aikana, mutta onneksi toinen hisseistä toimi. Sali oli mukavan tilava. Henkilökunta tervehti tarvittaessa, mutta muutoin sai hiihdellä rauhassa.”
