âWe have been coming to Schroon Lake every year for over 40 years. This was our first stay at the Maple Leaf Motel. We only stayed one night, but the accommodations were perfect for our stay. âThe accommodations were very good, especially accommodating our dog which is difficult in the area. Nicely appointed amenities. The included breakfast was outstanding. The decor was classy but not pretentious. They admitted there was a stain on our rug and carpet replacement was pending. Lastly they prepared the sofa bed for son. Overall an excellent experience. â
