”Rooms themselves were great, the staff were great. When, and the solely reason I booked the room was it advertised a restaurant, bar, and outside seating area. The restaurant and bar were closed all weekend, and I never found an outside seating area. Blatant false advertising.”

”The staff was very rude. We had to beg for clean towels. The air conditioners were weak and did not cool the rooms. The bed wad crooked, made me feel like I was going to fall out during the night. The parking lot lights were so bright that the cheap window coverings would not keep the light out of the room. There was activity going on all hours of the night and walking outside at any hour made us feel very unsafe.”

”The first hotel I stayed at with my family was very clean and tidy, with excellent bedding that provided comfortable sleep throughout the night. The staff were also warm and attentive.”

”Room was clean and cool when we arrived. There was a couch that was helpful for hanging out. Had a microwave, refrig and coffee pot. Bathroom was good too. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Nice out door pool.”

”I arrived shortly after 9:00 pm to discover that their office hours ended at 9:00. There was a number to call for checking in and the staff was quick to arrive. The room and linens were clean enough, but the room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no waste basket in the room at all. Not even in the bathroom. There was also no remote for the TV. The mattress had seen better days, but I didn’t experience any sleep fairly comfortably. It was an extended stay type of property and...

”This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville.”

”Walked into the room and there was a foul odor. We reported it to the desk and they quickly moved us to a different room and helped us with the move. After that it was a very pleasant stay.”

”I was told the hotel property was non-smoking, but there was someone smoking right outside the entrance to the hotel.”
