”The desk clerk was very rude when I got there to check in. I got there at 2:30 and asked to checked in and she very rudely told me check in isn’t until 3:00. Came back at 3:20 and still no clean rooms. Back at 8:30 and we for our room. The floor had not been vacuumed and there was dog hair everywhere and dog food on the floor. I asked the front desk staff to please vacuum my floor as we were there for 2 nights. They said sure and it never got done. Breakfast the second morning: they had no forks...

”The room was clean and comfortable, & the facility was nice. BUT the staff was incredibly rude when we tried to check in early. I understand that they don’t always have rooms available early, but instead of just saying that, the staff laughed & mocked us for attempting to check in a couple of hours early. If we hadn’t had already paid online, we would’ve stayed somewhere else.”

”Awesome find! Some of the old pictures showed beds with those old type of comforters and I thought it would be an mediocre experience for $85. When we opened the door we were pleasantly surprised, the room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the bedding and comforter were super soft and comfy like in a Holiday Inn, and they had a skinny and a fluffy pillow, what was perfect for us. The bathroom was clean. So besides the somewhat outdated furniture, TV and MW, and actual is eys to open...

”Our room was clean and tidy. The sofa bed is a nice addition for the room use. The bathrooms were spotless and the walk in shower is very user friendly and safe. Sarah, who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking and access to our room was very easy. The breakfast was hot and filling and there were plenty of choices. They did a good job meeting the needs of dietary restrictions. The location made us easy to get around Helena to our various events.”

”Always a wonderful stay with my family and dog , onto twenty dollar per night pet fee and no incidental just card hold. Nice pool areas rooms are decent bed always comfortable we always stay here during or sports season”

”Hotel was okay but in a weird spot. Not much around it so you will need to drive for supper, etc. The room was clean and quiet but we did wake up stuffy from something in the room. Wasnt too impressed that some homeless people are sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot.”

”The people were kind, but the hotel is very minimal. No pool or hot tub. They have one they’re just full of chairs and storage. Definitely a missed opportunity. One of those hotels you can tell doesn’t care much about the property because they’ll make the money given the location anyway. Could be a super cute place though given the right owners”

”Good location, the sink didn't drain well. Reported on our departure, desk clerk was very attentive to this issue. Said they would check on it. Water pressure not great in shower. Beds are in need of updating. Property was very nice and help was very courteous.”
