”My only complaint is The air conditioner is loud. Easy parking and clean bathroom. Staff is efficient. There’s a laundry room and vending machine for drinks. A clean motel.”

”The property is worn. The breakfast area was dim and very old. They have a bar restaurant near that looked nice but not sure I ever saw it opened. It looked like recent paint for a quick update but it still had aged signs everywhere. Staff was great morning or night. They really made it a nice stay. On the upside they said they were bought out by another hotel chain so maybe upgrades are coming soon. Currently they are the Clarion and previously a Best Western. Good location as well.”

”Room wasn’t clean. Things were falling off the walls. Found clothes from previous person in the room. Rude staff (not all). Hot tub water was brown and green. Staff wouldn’t help us fix the wifi in our room for the tv. Staff told me tv in the lobby was broken when I came out to watch the soccer game but the tv was on every morning for breakfast.”

”Room was very clean and large space . Hallway to get to upstairs was a bit outdated and many stairs so someone with an ailment would have a hard time . Check in with glass was a little weird like is there a safety issue ? Overall for one night was fine !”

”We have stayed there time we visit our son in Conn. We have always liked staying there. It is convenient located by rt. 15 which we use quiet frequently. There are seveal gas stations and eating place by the hotel. It has always been clean and good service. Being a holiday weekend it was priced higher them usual, I guess that is the signs of the times.”

”Everything was amazing. I had a smoke-free room, and it was very clean and well maintained. The only two issues I noticed were minor. First, the blanket had a small burn hole that appeared to be from a cigarette, but it wasn't a major concern. ”Hotel was pleasant, room was clean and reasonably quiet but it had virtually no amenities - not even a suitcase stand. Furniture was a bit shabby. The TV did not work. We asked for extra pillows - which we need for orthopedic purposes - but there were no extras. (Fortunately one very helpful staff member - the only one on duty in the evening - made a special effort and found us an extra pillow.)
