”Wonderful, small place which was exactly what we were looking for. We used it as a base to explore Cape Breton Trail. Master bedroom very nice en suite. Spare bedroom very small. Great woodburning stove! And view was nice.”

”Lovely stay with lots of room for all of us. We celebrated Christmas with family here and it was the perfect spot. Well-appointed for dining if all types. Lots of storage in the kitchen. Worth noting that hot tub is seasonal, which was a surprise and a bit of a disappointment to our party.”

”A beautiful place to stay. Everything was very neat and tidy. It is just a little remote so stop at a grocery store about 30 minutes away. You will not want to leave just to eat. There is a mini-kitchen and bonus a BBQ. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch. The only negative really is that the bed springs are really noisy and the mattress is not all that comfy. A great place to sit back and relax,”

”We booked for two nights to attend a friends wedding. The property was very well kept. Upon arrival we were greeted with homemade cookies and a welcome note from the owners. Everything was there that we needed, lots of towels and extra linens. Heat pump came in handy as it was cold, for June. The downstairs shower was amazing. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to spend their summer or winter vacation.”

”Home wad built in 1947 and is dated, original kitchen and and home had a musty smell. No throw pillows or blankets for sofas, no wine or beer glasses, no coffee table erc. Electrial not up to date, had to turn everything of when not home because it was considered a fire hazard. For the price expected more from VRVO.”
