1. Heavensent Tiny Home @ The Retreat at Water's Edge - Lake Views!

Tracy City

”We had an amazing stay after going to a concert at The Caverns! The property is beautiful and was the perfect size for two people. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy. The only downside was the cleaning fee. It felt a bit expensive, especially since guests are asked to complete a fairly extensive checkout cleaning list before leaving. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others visiting the area!”

”This tiny house was way more than we expected. Very clean. Enough space to not feel closed in. All the essentials and a nice fire pit to roast marshmallows. This was our first time using VRBO and we were not disappointed. Our host, Tomas, was amazing and very accommodating when it was realized I had booked our dates incorrectly. He was gracious and understanding and quick to respond to my many messages. Thank you, Tomas, for not having us trespassed! We will be back and we highly recommend this...

”The property was exactly as pictured. Beth had labels everywhere that were helpful. She was quick to respond to questions. My favorite part was she used my last 4 digits of my phone number as the lock code. Wish everyone else did that because it was not hard to remember. The location is a beautiful part of TN. We had no trouble finding things to do and the development where the cabin is located is very peaceful.”

”I did not have a good experience booking this property through Expedia. Communication with the host was a challenge, the property was not ready for check-in - had to sit and wait on cleaning crew to finish. Shower liner in bathroom had mold and mildew stains and when I messaged the host, I received an AI generated response just saying "Thanks for letting us know." There was no effort to replace the liner during our stay or apply a discount when requested. Also, we were not provided with the...
