”Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. ”The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. ”Location was great. Over all the place was very nice. Still a lot of work needed from Ian, but that is external property. Inside needs some attention...Carpet curling, wall hooks and no prints - kind of ugly, TV and wifi were at odds. Barely had any access to local news. No national news. Elevator out. TV actually went out in living room. Kept saying channel corrupt and so I’d switch the limited channels available and after 3 minutes it would freeze or cut out with the same message. No dust pan”
