”We stayed in a very spacious, modern, clean Executive Suite at a reasonable rate. The staff were amazing (special thanks to David)— polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was relatively new with some teething problems such as inconsistent hot water delivery and pool and spa were not yet operational. They expected to have everything ready by the time they have their grand opening in the coming weeks. We were offered free daily breakfast even though we didn’t book a room with that option. The...

”The rooms were spotless and staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is large and laid out in a forest setting with covered raised open air walkways. There were bikes you could ride from your room to the very large pool area, We took kayaks down the small river behind the resort and it was like a jungle river trip with huge trees and lush forest all around.
The pool is large with shady areas around. We stayed six nights all told.

”The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience.
We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights.
Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. ”
