”The location is perfect, beautiful walking route to opera house, Harbour Bridge and ferry quay.
I would have given full 5/5 point, but it was very irritating that even we have prepaid “well-priced” breakfast, we couldn’t get both coffee and orange juice, which belong always to our breakfast. We have to choose either coffee OR juice”

”We chose Sydney as our honeymoon destination, which in itself turned out to be a great choice. Also the Sofitel hotel and its services were generally very good. Since it was our honeymoon, we wanted a bit of luxury, so instead of a standard room, we chose a significantly more expensive luxury corner room, which was advertised with a great view of Darling Harbour.
When we got to the hotel and the room, it was revealed that directly in front of the hotel and the view was a huge and loud...
”The staff and the owners are just lovely, very warm and welcoming atmosphere!! Nice breakfast, too.
I wanted to have a quiet room, and mine was that. Bed was very comfortable.
However, the room and particularly the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade.
To me seems closer to 3 than 4 stars, but still a charming and seemingly popular hotel.”
”I recently stayed at The Capitol Hotel Sydney and was very impressed. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Capitol Theatre and within easy walking distance of Chinatown, Darling Harbour and plenty of great dining options. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished with modern, stylish décor and clever touches that give it a boutique feel. Rooms are compact but very well designed and spotless, with handy tech features like streaming options and in-room tablets.

"The room was disappointment. The room tiny and the view from windows was brick wall. The room didn't look like in the photos. The location was great. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery store. Great public transport nearby."
