Residenssit – Trani

”The view and location of the hotel were great. However, the building was under construction and there were no signs for the hotel. This, we wandered nearly an hour trying to find the hotel all the while making four or give calls (Note: hotels.com has wrong number) to the hotel reception, from where we did not get adequate help. And when we arrived around 8 pm, there were no free or any other parking near the hotel even though this is why we chose it for our stay. However, the room was spacious...

”This is a lovely hotel in perfect position in Trani, overlooking the harbour and right next to the cathedral and ideally situated for a short stay whilst exploring the town and harbour whilst enjoying the numerous nice bars and restaurants. A couple of things to be aware of are that if you have a car, finding the hotel and parking is not easy as the streets around are only for town residents so I do think this could be explained in any literature the hotel offers to its visitors. ”The location is fantastic. The room was incredible and the air-conditioning worked fantastic. The only hiccup we had was a billing error as the owner charged us for this day after we had already prepaid. It took two days to get this coordinated for payback. Other than that, it is a fantastic place to stay.”
