The location is good and the view over the Douro valley is nice, the terraces of the hotel and the rooms' balconies make it easy to enjoy it. Mas... o local visivelmente necessita de manutenção, não tem nenhum tipo de apoio para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção, se caminha muito do chalé ao local das refeições, e NUNCA RESERVEM EM BAIXA TEMPORADA, nada está disponível para os hospedes na baixa temporada, fontes, atrações, tudo fechado. O staff é ótimo e atencioso, mas parece que os donos/investidores do local, não estão muito preocupados em...
