Welcome to our brand-new 2-unit ApartHotel, located right in the heart of downtown Traverse City. This unique setup combines the comforts of a hotel with the space and amenities of two fully equipped apartments, giving your group the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.

Situated on Front Street with the Boardman River in the backyard, our adjacent lower-level units together accommodate up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms plus a sofa bed. Enjoy stunning water views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms and one of the two living rooms, all while being steps away from the city’s best shops, bars, and restaurants.

Sleeping Arrangements

Unit One: King bedroom, queen bedroom, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Unit Two: King bedroom and queen bedroom.

Dining Areas: Each unit has a round dining table that seats four.

Bathrooms: Two custom-tiled stand-up showers with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also have a hair blow dryer in each bathroom too!

Climate Control: 6 ductless mini-split AC/heat units (one in every bedroom and living room).

Storage: Dressers in all bedrooms, 2 closets, and a hall closet with extra linens & towels.

Laundry: Hotel like common area laundry room with two brand-new stackable washer/dryer sets (free to use).

Extras: Linens, Coffee essentials & filters, pillows, blankets, towels, and toiletries provided.
