Doesn’t ever seem to be enough staff. Each night only one person working the bar and restaurant. On the first night, my group left after waiting too long to even get water.
On another night, I was ready to leave and pay the check but the bartender/waiter had left to go deliver room service.
We had three rooms booked and were asked each day if we wanted housekeeping and all said yes, but two of the rooms were never cleaned for 2 days. The other was only cleaned once. What’s the point in asking if you’re not going to clean?
One morning I had an early departure, and I had to wait for the valet who also seemed to be the front desk clerk.
I kept describing it as the Dollar General of hotels. There only ever seemed to be a few people running the entire hotel.
And don’t get me started on the group of kids running around the hotel without adult supervision. At one point they were sitting on the elevator floor and riding it up and down. Then proceeded to jump and play around downstairs in the lobby and restaurant area.
When I booked this hotel, I thought it may be a good option for another group trip later this summer, but I will definitely not be staying here again.
