Only use the beach amenities and areas specifically designated and confirmed for this property. Please do not cross neighboring property lines, even if an area appears accessible or unoccupied.
Important: Do not move, borrow, or use any equipment or belongings that do not belong to this property. All guests are responsible for respecting neighboring properties and their belongings.

Natural Setting: As a lakefront property, we occasionally experience bugs like gnats or midge flies. Our pest control service helps minimize disturbances, but some presence is natural.
Landscaping & Access: Landscaping will be completed in phase two of our remodel. Please do not use the outdoor stairs on either side of the home to access the beach – they are not well lit or complete. Enter through the house to reach the lower level and beach.
Lake Access: Lake level beach access is available via a ladder from the seawall to the beach. Access may be challenging for some physicalities.

Fire Pit & Hot Tub:
Propane fire table and grill are ready to use
Firewood for wood-burning pit is not provided
Hot tub is heated and professionally maintained
Linens:
All linens provided except beach towels

Private Owner Spaces
Garage and downstairs mechanical room are not part of the rental property and access is prohibited.

Cleaning fee (disclosed in booking)
Unauthorized guests: $250 per person per night over max occupancy
Pets: Not allowed; subject to cleaning/damage fee if violated
