”I've already bragged on the staff (thanks Erin Hartery & staff) We checked in (after 12 noon & left the resort @ 7pm) on the same day. Enough said on that. We are awaiting a refund for our second day of unused stay which pm mgr Erin will be adeptly handling. One thing to remember: "things happen BEYOND the hotel's control...but the SERVICE RECOVERY is what the guest walks away with...in the end, AND DRIVES A RETURN VISIT.”

”The staff was phenomenal. Special thanks to Ray, Nicole and Jackie. Their professionalism was outstanding. We had a wonderful time at the resort. The only issue was the holes in the canvas covering the outside bar… the rain came through and made it difficult to enjoy sitting there.”

”The hotel is overall niceish but definitely not worth the heavy price tag. Especially now that the renovation is still ongoing, and the property has only tuo restaurants. Butcher’s was really good but you wont’t want to eat at the same place everyday, and then your only option is the Birdies dinner which is kind of a joke for a ”four star luxury resort”
The renovated rooms are nice but very poorly sound proofed, you can hear EVERYTHING from the room next door and the hallway as well since the...
