An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with underfloor heating. The entrance is ground level and leads over a 26 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 25 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 7 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 14 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs.
2nd floor: Bedroom 7 sqm and with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Trebnje, 440 m ASL. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
