  • Marie-Claire warmly welcomes you to this large, cosy and rustic gîte, labelled Gîtes de France, nestled on a green estate of 2 hectares in the heart of the Côtes-d'Armor. Former renovated farmhouse, this independent cottage promises you an exotic and rejuvenating stay, in the heart of nature.

    Located only 1 km from the town and its shops, 10 km from the beaches and the famous customs path (GR34), and 6 km from an 18-hole golf course, it is ideal for discovering Brittany while enjoying the calm of the countryside.

    On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a warm living room with lounge area and fireplace for convivial evenings, as well as a bathroom and separate toilets. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to 5 people: one with a 160x200 bed, a second with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed.

    Outside, you will enjoy a large shared landscaped garden, a terrace for your outdoor meals, a sandpit and a ping-pong table for young and old. The cottage also has a cot and a baby chair, and your pets are welcome to share these moments with you.

    This large cottage is perfect for reconnecting with nature, relaxing with family or friends, and exploring the riches of the region. Whether you are a fan of hiking, swimming, golf or simply lazing in the garden, there is something for everyone.
