Welcome to our beautifully designed lower-level guest suite. From the moment you step inside, you’ll notice that every detail has been thoughtfully curated with your comfort in mind.

Nestled in the heart of nature's grandeur in the North Georgia mountains, this beautiful suite offers comfort and awe-inspiring views. It's a sanctuary where modern luxury meets the tranquility of the great outdoors.

Unwind in the hot tub, take a dip in the pool, lounge in the cabana with stunning mountain views, and end the day making gooey s'mores with the kids as the sun sets in a beautiful blaze of color. This property is perfect for 2-4 guests, 5 with a baby.

GUEST ENTRANCE:

Enjoy your own private entrance and driveway, with easy self check-in via lockbox — come and go as you please, and make yourself at home.

The open floor plan invites you to unwind in a luxuriously cozy living area, complete with a flat-screen smart TV offering a variety of streaming services — perfect for movie nights.

When it’s time to dine, prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it at the table or take it al fresco.

We’re preparing for a new deck! All amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, cabana, etc.) are fully available. There’s no construction — just open ground where the deck was. Everything is clean, safe, and ready for you to enjoy.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, spices, and olive oil — everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Fire up the grill (propane included) for steaks and veggies, sip your morning coffee in the cabana, or unwind with a glass of wine by the fire table. And don’t forget the s’mores — the perfect way to make sweet memories with the kids.

LIVING ROOM:

• Our gallery wall is a little love letter to Chattanooga, featuring some of our favorite spots to explore—trust us, there’s adventure around every corner! We always love seeing the photos our guests share with us from their adventures.

• Plop down on the couch for a lazy afternoon, or magically transform it into a queen-size bed with a gel mattress for a night of sweet dreams. The bedding and pillows for the sleeper sofa are hanging out in the laundry area, ready to jump into action whenever you are.

BEDROOM:

• Sink into a plush king-size mattress, layered with a 3” memory foam topper that feels like it was made just for you.

• Draw the blackout curtains, switch on the gentle ceiling fan, and tuck in - everything you need for a peaceful, uninterrupted night of sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for a new day of adventures.

WORKSPACE:

• Settle in at the desk, complete with a comfy office chair, a handy lamp, a charging station, and all the basic supplies you need to stay productive.

• With our blazing-fast high-speed fiber internet, whether you’re working, streaming, or brainstorming, you’ll stay seamlessly connected.

BRINGING THE BABY?

• We’re happy to provide a Pack ‘n Play and a high chair for your little ones. Just let us know if you’d like to use them, and we’ll have them ready in the suite for you.

• For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that you leave them out at checkout so we can give them a thorough clean and inspection before storing.

LAUNDRY:

• A washer and dryer are ready to go, with an iron, ironing board, and hangers if you need them.

• Brooms, a vacuum, and basic cleaning supplies are on hand—no pressure to tidy, but feel free to use them if you like.

HOT TUB:

• The hot tub is open year-round and seats up to 6—perfect for soaking away your worries with 46 blissful jets!

• Towels are ready for you in the laundry area so that you can hop in anytime.

• You might spot us tidying it up during your stay.

POOL:

• Dive into fun in our chlorinated pool (18 × 36 ft, 8 ft deep at the deep end), open mid-March through October. While it’s not heated, it’s always sparkling clean and safe, with a fenced area and a locked gate.

• Loungers and tables are ready for drinks, towels, or a quick snack, and the cabana is perfect for shade, naps, or curling up with a book—or a glass of wine—while the kids splash around. Surround yourself with gorgeous magnolia trees and stunning mountain views as you relax!

PATIO & BACKYARD:

There’s no shortage of fun on the property! Bounce on the trampoline, show off your skills by the basketball hoop, or challenge each other to a friendly game of cornhole.

As the sun sets, gather around the fire table to unwind, share stories, and make s’mores. It’s the perfect setup for laughter, friendly competition, and quality time with family or friends—plenty of ways to burn off energy and create lasting memories!
