”Pictures are very accurate. Proximity to springs is what we went for and it did not disappoint. The outdoor shower was nice. but the water smelled pretty bad so be sure to bring bottle water to drink. The porches were so great; spacious and very well built. We will visit again!”

”We were a family with 3 grown boys and a grandmother. The house was perfect! It was as the boys called it “showroom ready”,but still very comfortable. We checked in easily and the boys loved the big backyard for volley ball and blitz ball. The beds were very comfortable and they even provided a cot, which was not needed in our case but nice for an option. The master bath was very spacious. The tub had a bit of a drainage issue but it wasn’t terrible and the toilet handle needed to be held...

”In Gainesville, it’s easy to find yourself trying to sleep in a loud neighborhood. A safe, quiet neighborhood is essential for a family or anyone with children. I had a very minor maintenance issue that wasn’t something the host could have anticipated. I sent a message before leaving for work and it was resolved before I reached from work. The game room is great. There is nothing to complain about and everything to rave about! A true pleasure to stay here. ”

We were under the impression that the pond/spring and playground were in fact on property grounds, however they were not. It was a park nearby and it happened to be closed for hunting season.
