”Pictures are very accurate. Proximity to springs is what we went for and it did not disappoint. The outdoor shower was nice. but the water smelled pretty bad so be sure to bring bottle water to drink. The porches were so great; spacious and very well built. We will visit again!”

”This is a great little house that reminds you of the house everyone lived in during the 80’s but with everything inside updated. Everything was clean, fresh, and situated in a quiet, quaint neighborhood.”

”In Gainesville, it’s easy to find yourself trying to sleep in a loud neighborhood. A safe, quiet neighborhood is essential for a family or anyone with children. I had a very minor maintenance issue that wasn’t something the host could have anticipated. I sent a message before leaving for work and it was resolved before I reached from work. The game room is great. There is nothing to complain about and everything to rave about! A true pleasure to stay here. ”
